CEO/Lead Graphic Designer/Sales

Megan has a BFA in Graphic Design from Lindenwood University. She worked at various sign companies across the St. Louis region since 2015. In January of 2018, she decided to open up a sign company of her own in Washington, MO. Outside of the business, Megan serves our service members on the American Legion auxiliary. In 2024, she took on the role as co-chairmen for the American Legion's Star Spangled 4th Fireworks display in Washington, with her husband Tim Fowler. In her spare time, Megan likes to crochet and takes an adult tap class in Eureka.

COO/Lead Installer/Account Manager

Tim is a retired US Army Veteran. He worked as a chinook mechanic, crew chief, and flight engineer in the Army. He was also a human resources sergeant, platoon sergeant, and supervised over 60 subordinates. He was a freemason, and an associate board member of Shiners Hospital St. Louis. He served as the Public Relations Officer for Shriners international in the Center States region. In 2021, he joined Megan in the sign business and helped it grow exponentially. Most recently, Tim took on the role of 2nd Vice Chair at the American legion and is co-chair of the Star Spangled 4th fireworks display with his wife Megan.

Graphic Designer/Sign Maker/Print Specialist

Angelique is a Washington High School graduate. She studied graphic design at Four Rivers Career Center. She graduated in 2025 from ECC with an AFA in fine arts/graphic design. She joined our team as a graphic designer and sign maker in 2023. In 2025, she expanded her knowledge and took on the role of print specialist within the sign business.

In the meantime, she likes to crochet, draw, play video games, and has a YouTube channel with animations.

Installer

Lane graduated from Steelville in 2016. He has experience in residential construction. He also worked for Missouri Hick BBQ as a line cook. He joined our team in 2023 as an installer and print specialist. We love that he's also part of the family as he's Tim first born! In 2025, he started full time at Frick's in Washington.
