About Us

CEO/Lead Graphic Designer/Sales

Megan has a BFA in Graphic Design from Lindenwood University. She worked at various sign companies across the St. Louis region since 2015. In January of 2018, she decided to open up a sign company of her own in Washington, MO. Outside of the business, Megan serves our service members on both the VFW and American Legion auxiliaries. She has also taken on the role as co-chairmen for the American Legion's Star Spangled 4th and is an partial owner/assistant instructor for ATA in Cuba, MO.

COO/Lead Installer/Account Manager

Tim is a retired US Army Veteran and currently partial owner/instructor of American Taekwondo Association in Cuba, MO. He worked as a chinook mechanic, crew chief, and flight engineer in the Army. He was also a human resources sergeant, platoon sergeant, and supervised over 60 subordinates. He was a freemason, and an associate board member of Shiners Hospital St. Louis. He served as the Public Relations Officer for Shriners international in the Center States region.

Installer/Print Specialist

Lane graduated from Steelville in 2016. He has experience in residential construction. He also worked for Missouri Hick BBQ as a line cook. He's recently joined our team as an installer and the print specialist. We love that he's also part of the family as he's Tim first born!

Project Manager

Jillianne (Jilli) is our newest staff member. She is part of the Fowler family as she is Lane's girlfriend. She graduated from Ritenour High School and has worked in restaurant management, cleaning service, and as a CPA. We feel she will be an integral part of the River City team as she is very personable and organized. She will be Megan's right hand helping with scheduling, permitting, quoting, and more!

Graphic Designer/Sign Maker

Angelique is a Washington High School graduate . She studied graphic design at Four Rivers Career Center. She is furthering her education in graphics at ECC and her plans are to go on to Lindenwood University. She joined our team as a graphic designer and sign maker.

Graphic Designer/SignMaker

Lannea is a graduate of Washington High School. She also studied graphic design at Four Rivers Career Center. She is our newest graphic designer and signmaker at River City Signs.

Installer

Mike currently works for Kirkwood Stair & Millwork and is in the carpenters union. He is DOT and HAZMAT certified. He also worked in carpentry at Reicher's Auto Body for 8+ years. He joined the team at River City Signs as a part time installer.
